How to get the post link

Open the post in the Instagram app, tap the three dots in the top corner (or the paper-plane Share icon on a Reel) and choose Copy link. Come back to this page, paste the link into the box and press Download. On desktop, the same "..." menu next to a post gives you a Copy link option.
