VidFrom respects intellectual property rights. We host no videos and store no copyrighted content on our servers; the tool helps users fetch public content directly from the source platform on request, and nothing is retained afterward.

Filing a takedown notice

If you own content and believe it is being infringed through this service, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including:

• Proof that you own the content, or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• The specific URL or description of the infringing material.
• Your contact details (name, email, and where relevant, address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.

Valid, complete requests are handled within 72 hours.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringement

Since VidFrom doesn't host or store files, "repeat infringement" in the traditional sense doesn't apply the way it would on a hosting platform — the service simply fetches content that is already public on the source site at the time of the request.
